Final Users

Final users are all those people who need to have some specific needs guaranteed in order to travel freely and in full autonomy. These quality features foresee a technical aspect (physical accessibility of the destinations according to the different needs) and a relational aspect, of customer care, which could be offered only by expert operators, adequately trained and well aware of the importance of their role.

It is necessary to link to the economic importance of the target the increasing awareness of people with disabilities themselves, in particular of young people, to have the right to equal citizenship and opportunities for all aspects of their social and working life, including of course also the right to go on vacation and enjoy it.
